Every AURA Strap 2 includes one year of hardware repair coverage under its limited warranty.

Service coverage is available only for AURA Strap 2 and it’s original included accessories or for batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity.
This warranty does not cover:
Any use of the AURA Strap 2 that does not fit the expected use of the Aura Product:
- Any use of the AURA Strap 2 that is not supported and explicitly permitted in AURA published guidelines attached to your AURA Strap 2;
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, corrosion flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
- Natural wear and tear;
- Accessories and consumable components (such as bracelets, chargers, cables) unless they are the main subject of the order;
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches;
- Damages caused by use with another product;
- AURA Strap 2 not purchased on our website;
- The fact that the operation of the AURA Strap 2 will be uninterrupted or error-free.
AURA Strap 2 compatibility with Apple Watch models
AURA Strap 2 works together with the Apple Watch, and requires the Apple Watch to function. AURA Strap 2 is compatible with all Apple Watch models, starting from the Apple Watch Series 3 and newer. This includes Apple Watch Ultra 2, Apple Watch Series 9, and Apple Watch SE.
AURA Strap 2 comes in two sizes, 41mm and 45/49mm. Each AURA Strap 2, and each set of Infinite Loops comes with four pairs of stretchable silicone straps (Infinite Loops) to fit all wrist sizes.
AURA Strap 2 is compatible with following Apple Watch models. Please check the size and model of your Apple Watch to select correct size of AURA Strap 2.
