Service coverage is available only for AURA Strap 2 and it’s original included accessories or for batteries that retain less than 80% of their original capacity.
This warranty does not cover:
Any use of the AURA Strap 2 that does not fit the expected use of the Aura Product:
- Any use of the AURA Strap 2 that is not supported and explicitly permitted in AURA published guidelines attached to your AURA Strap 2;
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, corrosion flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
- Natural wear and tear;
- Accessories and consumable components (such as bracelets, chargers, cables) unless they are the main subject of the order;
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches;
- Damages caused by use with another product;
- AURA Strap 2 not purchased on our website;
- The fact that the operation of the AURA Strap 2 will be uninterrupted or error-free.
